It is what I have used for 1-12(500m) service rifle competition since ~2008. Make thousands of rounds through it in temp from -33-+30 no issues. Quite accurate as well.

Scope recomendations.......
Im looking for somthing long range rifle scope type .....
NO red dot or acog style ....
somthing with at least 40 objective

nf 2.5-10x24 if you can find it. If not, get the x32. Just weighs a little more.

No need for a 40mm objective at all.

WELL nf 2.5 10x24 seems like a pretty decent scope ....
but im thinkin 200 yds ish , shooting.. and hits on 5" plates minimum ,likely going for much tighter ...
AND with older eyes ....

Nikon sells some thing that actually matchs the camo pattern. Check out there web site. Also I don't think that this shooter wants to spend $1000 plus on an optic for a 200 yard range gun. Just my educated guess though.

Even comes with a BDC reticale made for 223 if you do not like the duplex reticale.

ya , i got a nikon pro staff 3-9 now ...might just start with that .... the cyote special is nice to ...would like 15 power i think ...i dont know maby ...
i like the nightforce NXS 3.5-15 x 50 F1
