On the TNW upper what is the tread rate for 7.62 x 39? I can't find it on their site and I haven't gotten a response back from you yet so I was wondering:p Need to buy a muzzle break and am afriad of getting the wrong one.

(BTW got my upper today; looks awesome! super excited to try it at the range)

I sent an email to TNW and they replied back 1/2x36 is the threading for the muzzle break...

I thought the same thing...but they can be found...just rather expensive as you're looking at PWS or Smith Enterprises...yikes!

SIMONYZER;
Shorties are are still awaiting State Dept Approval for export....

Mags were just approved, our permit is expected any day....

I see the 7.62x39 uppers are already sold out. John is there a wait list or a bunch more coming?

Will that be for complete uppers or will you be getting any barrel kits as well?
Really looking forward to getting a 16" 7.62x39 upper and a 10.5 in 5.56 kit.
Must wait patiently... :)

Hey John, I'm not looking for a fixed date, just curious as to what you are trying to bring in. Any hints?

ROCKETBOY;
We currently have export permits at State, we are awaiting approval for almost everything for these rifles....

Is there a preorder or a notify list for the 762x39 uppers? I have a VZ I almost never shoot, I like my AR more, but I have tons of x39 ammo!

Hi John,

I'm interested in this upper in .223 but before I buy I'd like to know what the barrel twist rate is. It's not on the Marstar site or the TNW site. Also, is the muzzle of the .223 threaded? What is the thread size if it is?

I was going to email you direct but I figured I'm probably not the only person who would be interested in this information so I posted it here.

Thanks!
