Brake would help for spotting your own shots. I have thought about putting one on my 223 as I shoot alone, allot.

Muzzle brakes are a device that reduces recoil. Some shooters use them because they desire less recoil.

I got the brake from Grizzly gunworks, it's great helps you stay on your target
with less adjustment for your next shot.

Yes it is the VLP DMB got it last summer, and yes I realy like its fairly cheap to shoot and accurate.

THe VLP DBM is my first precision rifle, going to have a hard time getting rid of it, such a nice factory twist rate too, 1:7. Hope you got it too!

Looks like a Bushnell Elite Tactical..not sure of the power though.
