Rifle using STANAG Magazine

Robinson Arms XCR (buy some loctite), and if you can wait for it since nobody seems to have any right now -- and non-restricted factory versions aren't coming until next year, Bushmaster ACR. Benelli MR-1 also something worth considering, saw it at Al Flaherty's for under $1600 with telescoping stock.
Just picked up the MR-1. Good gun. Balances well. It's nice if you don't care fo have one of those silly ARs with all those gadgets hanging off.
You may also want to check out the KelTec SU-16. It goes for around $800 and is geared for more of a survival (SU meaning survival utility), but can be upgraded with a tri rail and collapsible stock bring the price to around $1100. Its good if you are look for a light weight (around 5 pounds) back packing rifle, but seems kind of flimsy and cheap otherwise. Decent pick if money is an issue though.

Up to around $800
The only 2 black rifles I can think of that fall in that price range would be a Mini 14 or Kel Tec SU-16.
The Mini 14 can't use AR mags... Can it?
Sorry your right. The Kel Tec does though. I have 2 10rders coupled together for mine.
