Ferfrans

too bad they are US based, from the name i was hoping they would be from a country that wont screw us with ITAR...

They're based in the Phillipines. All parts are US sourced so ITAR still applies. They also only deal with LE/MIL only.

Shooting fast is cool (and at least we know that this shooter is a spitter, not a swallower), but for #### sakes post a video of the target he was shooting. I guess we are supposed to take it on faith that all the hits were in a rat hole at 100 meters?

I think the point of the video was to show how controllable .308 can be even shooting at that speed. I doubt he was shooting past 15 yards.

^^Yeah, I get the point of the video, but it's very hard to tell exactly how much muzzle movement he's getting. Vertical displacement of the muzzle is only one part of it. Looks impressive, but I'd like to see the target. I also wonder what trigger they use..

I don't mean to de-rail but here's Steve fisher with a LaRue PredatAR 7.62, muzzle movement looks even less than the OP's video, but you still can't see how effective he was. With him though they were probably center hits, it just drives me nuts not that they don't show how effective (or not) it is. Distance looks to be about 10 yards, if that....

He's using that "thumb over grip" so it's a 3/4" group at 500m.

Interesting that the guy is winded after F/A for two mags......

Back to the OP question.
Those look really good but I don't see much advantage to them here in semi auto 5 round mag land.
Sounds like the biggest advantage is under full auto use by slowing down the cyclic rate to make them easier to manage. That and a good brake.

I hope to see a semi-auto version in Canada some day though. More competition means better prices.
