Hey guys, I'm looking at purchasing my first AR. Currently looking 4 models, the PWS MK114, LMT CQB, Noveske 14.5' and the KAC SR-15. Aside from the two dealers back east (Questar, One Shot Tactical) are there any other dealers in Canada carrying these brands??
Anyone using the PWS MK114, with their own proprietary piston system is it worthed?? Warranty on the Noveske? Not mentioned at all on Questar.
Also, on most ARs there's a $300-400 price difference from the US. Why $800 on the KAC?
http://sgcusa.com/rifles-2/knights-armament-co.html $2050
http://www.smallarmsales.com/Knight_s_Armament_SR_15_E3_Carbine_IWS_with_URX_p/24002.htm$2100
http://www.impactguns.com/knights-sr-15-e3-carbine-with-urx-free-floating-ras-enhanced-bolt-design-24002.aspx$2000
Thanks for the help.

your not going to get a better price anywhere than from those 2 dealers. try the EE, i just picked up a Noveske Infidel 13.7 BNIB for $2600.00 (listed for $2850 plus taxes and delivery, and a wait time of about 3-6 months).

the prices on US made rifles are through the roof as there are several hoops the distributors have to jump through to get them imported, and some rifles have to be modified at the factory to meet ITAR export requirements.

BTW, good choices on rifles, you cant go wrong on any of those.

your the lucky bugger who got it

Ahahahah
Damn you. I also sent a message but was a little too late. Give you $2650 lol???
I prefer the SR15 but wth $800 price diff. =o(

no can do, but i think the guy who sold me my Noveske might have a few more he could possibly part with. Im certain he has a 16" Noveske that he was considering selling at one time.

I currently own the PWS mk110 (10" barrel) and have been extremely satisfied. Here's a bit of a review of it:

http://www.canadiangunnutz.com/forum/showthread.php?t=622816

I shoot it often and have yet to clean it since the review and have yet to experience a single malfunction. For a 10" barrel, it had some good accuracy in my 10 shot groups. I imagine the 14" version would be as good if not better.

The price is one of the cheapest of the ones you have listed. It's got great bang for the buck.

have you looked at this yet?
its a 16" barrel but otherwise it offers all and more than what your looking for. A Noveske upper with the Spikes SR-15 lower for $2575.00 BNIB.
your not going to find anything close to that price from a retailer.
Plus he is local, you could probably have it in your hands by Wednesday...
food for thought...

Ohh thanks for that quick read FrankieT. My only concern with the PWS is the proprietary piston system. I had a great read from this post in regards to the MK114 as well http://www.snipershide.com/forum/ubbthreads.php?ubb=showflat&Number=2214675

I have looked and considered that post a millon times. =o) But for the time being I'll stick with same the company for the full rifle (lower/upper).

I really like this one as well but don't have EMT or have ever used it. If he takes (FRAUD ALERT) then I'd gladly take it. =o) But then again I would rather make my first deal locally. Ima noob =o) http://www.canadiangunnutz.com/forum/showthread.php?t=690026&highlight=noveske

i have personally dealt with foxbat on 3 or 4 occasions and you can deal with confidence. its a pretty good deal and you wouldnt lose on either of those purchases. EMT is better than cash as its leaves an electronic trail and costs a buck or two, very very very simple to do.

Thanks for the help bud!! I'll drop by my bank tomorrow.
