I was worried about buying one before the LGR was gone but i found out when the bill passes they have to destroy all previous registries inputted into the database
why wait when you can have them now! boo yah!
I wouldn't count your chickens till there hatched. Even if they say the lists are destroyed, there will likely be a paper copy in every police detachment.

Damn nice deal,,, I bought the Marstar deal as my first rifle aswell.. 285 ammo + 75 rifle + about 75$ shipping to Montreal, = 435$ however it is New, unissued, and matching numbers.
that marstar deal is way better than that other one he posted i just bought mine a couple of days ago cant wait to get it in the mail. so are they really unissued and new?

I got one, love it. Fairly accurate once I dialed it in, no complaints other than now I have this obsession with sks mods trying to decide what I want to do with it. I DEF. need to make the stock 2" longer, but that's cuz I'm a very large person (6'4"). The rest, I'm not sure about yet.

Same, bought one for myself and one for my father. Great rifles, very reliable and fun to shoot! Modifications are endless from what i can see so far, already thinking of mounting a rail for a sight. You wont regret buying one.

Yup, is sweet, although I don't know how "new" mine really is,, all metal is impeccable, but after the stock went into the often and I removed an assload of the cosmoline, lots of.... Imma call them imperfections I guess... Started to show. 2 big red stains, lots of chips and stuff.. Thou its still in great condition for a 50 year old rifle.. Like I said everything that was steel was impeccable, and numbers did all match,, including the stock.
For those that bought 2... Did you get 2 sks with 1 ammo crate? Or needed to buy 2 crates to get 2 sks?

Bought one with the ammo deal and then added just an sks(199$). Came with a nice rifle case and a t-shirt. Still a great deal.
I did the Marstar deal, didn't like the shipping fee however I love the rifle and the ammo...I refinished the stock, and then just did a Tapco refit on it...Turned out really nice, is fun to shoot and pretty accurate...Now I need to find another one to put my refinished stock on lol.

Bought one last friday, got it through the postal service this tuesday. Great looking rifle and with the ammunition I should have fun for years to come.
Like its already been mentioned, the shipping costs where higher than I was expecting, the same price as the SKS!
Overall its still a great deal.
