How many years ago was the LAR ruling? Other than the clarification (which was not a ruling - because we already knew it to be legal) regarding ammunition capacity in magazines designed for use with a different caliber, cite one ruling in our favour that's been made in the past few years.

Simply because traffic once flowed in both directions in the past does not necessarily mean this is still the case.
 
I know I have written a letter,in fact many to my MP explaining and in some cases enlightening him to the narrow minded/broad handed tactics of the RCMP. He has been receptive to the correspondence so far...maybe if we all took the time to write it might slow down and maybe reverse some of the decicions.
I once every couple of weeks send a letter of a specific law/OIC/ruleing etc... to keep these guys aware that there are many flaws/inacuracies in c-68. keep the pressure on,supply supporting documentation etc..
These guys(RCMP) need to be reined in and put back in their place.
