a large blank stamp with ######X over the VZ, then on another sheet says not importable-may incorporate frame or receiver of machine gun. (~2007)

another has a X by NON importable firearm - NFA WEAPON (~2008)
 
I could almost guarentee that your NEA-15 is going to get rejected. For civilian use the importation of any forgien manufactured "Assault Weapon" by federal definition is pretty much banned. I am very suprised that someone got an 858 approved because the czech made 858 is banned for import and that is why VZ58s in the states are required to have US made receviers and a certain number of US made parts. Any US made "Assault weapons" should be good to go though no matter what the calibre.
