I reload the .50/140 Sharps on my Co-axs with no problem, no bushings(I don't need more play or "slop"). That cartridge is much bigger then the .338 Wea./lap./ etc.
For me, alignment is important, and I can't see a bushing helping at all, though I haven't used them. I read not long ago that when they tested presses, the Co-ax had less runout on the loaded rounds and also the most leverage advantage.
