I have a Browning gold, and reload 1oz loads with 700x. Even with a clean gun, I get shells that do not eject properly. What powders do some of you use in your semiautos that eject without fail?

Interesting. I have two gold 12ga and two win x2's which are the same gun pretty well. Never had an issue with any of the 4 guns cycling 1 oz with 700x.
I use sts hulls, cb pink wads and win primers???
May be something in your gun needs attention?? or are you using the cheep hulls. My browning hate those

I use the same. AA hulls, Gun Clubs, STS, Nitro. CB pink 1100-12, WAA12SL, have always used Win primers

How much powder are you dropping? Maybe bump it up. I am using E3 win AA hulls, claybuster wads and cheddite primers with excellent results. E3y is a very clean powder.

I have tried bumping it up as much as I can with a 1oz load, but no luck. I think I went as high as 19 gr. More and more I think the problem is the action spring tube. I had an accident a few years ago, and the tube broke, sepatating the stock from the receiver. Had a gunsmith repair it, which looks flawless, but now think maybe something with it still isn't right. I hate to go spend $100 to have a new one shipped to me, but I may have to. I love my gold, but don't use it as it doesn't work well............. guess I have some money to spend.:HR:
