nice idea, but the AR lower is the part that is registered, so it will still be restricted.
It's still a restricted firearm. I can't way to get a restricted pellet gun!How many of us would love to have the opportunity to get trigger time without the hassle of having to go to a range to shoot ammunition?
I still blows my mind that so many AR15 owners don't understand why the rifle is restricted and how it always will be.
it a upper only.. you use your own lower.

Hassle or not, it is a offense.I still like it....you cant use it outside; but no one is going to hassel you if you shoot it in your basement.

Its really only worth it however, if it does not cost much more than a half decent air rifle on its own, which I feel would be unlikly.
