hey guys Im thinking of buy a XCR in .223 I was just woundering when the gun registry go's will this still be non-restricted because people are saying that they are going to reclassify it and I was just woundering if thats true or not ?

I bought one. I figure that gun laws will be gradually "progressing" over time and therefore, someday everything will be reclassified to "illegal status". it is highly likely that handguns will be first followed by semi's and then pumps. After that you can count on the high cal bolts (read "sniper rifles") and then we will have to register each bullet for a hunting trip. In the mean time, I suggest you get what you want and become active in protecting our sport the same way the Quebecer's fight to protect the french language...

Yes, it's true. You need to stop listening to 'people'. The XCR will remain non-restricted. Relax and enjoy your new toy.
