Glock 21 feed jam problems

I inherited this Glock 21 with 4 clips. I know it has not been shot in 20 years or so. I cleaned and oil it and took it out to the range the other day. it worked great until the last round in each clip then it jammed. can you tell me what causes this and how to fix this annoying problem?

Were the magazines left loaded for the twenty years? I'm wondering if the mag springs have weakened? Do you have access to a newer magazine?

It's curious that it happens on last round only in all the mags...
I'd prefer to try known good mags before I condemned and ordered new ones. It's hard to have too many mags I guess. If the new or known good mags cure it then there's be no problem getting new mag springs to bring the old mags up to snuff. I'd like to know when you find the cure.
 
Since it is the last round everytime, it's safe to assume it's the mag springs. 20years is a long time for a spring and the .45ACP cartridge isn't exactly a featherweight.
I'd go ahead and order 4 new magazine springs :)
 
which type of bullet are you useing, reload? is it not feeding up the ramp or jaming into the top of the chamber? if a reload try a little longer &/or shorter loa
 
they are not reloads and they are fmj round nose they are hitting at the top of the chamber and stopping its like they are coming out of the clip at to much of an angle
 
Try different bullets. Roundnose .45's are notorious for jamming the Glock 21.

If anything, put a different bullet in the mag first (so it's the last one out) and then fill it up with the Roundnose. Then let us know what's going on.

I don't totally buy the worn out mag springs yet since it's been sitting unused. If the mags were being used for 20 years that would be totally different.
