So I have decided that I am tired of the vibarting tumbler and the lead dust with it. I need to get myself a ss tumbler. Where do I get one and where do I get the ss pins?

For the media http://www.pelletsllc.com/ do they ship small ammounts like 5-10 pounds as the most small bag option they had was 50 lbs and I don't think I need that much.

Or in the long run is it cheaper to just order the kit from the stainlesstumblingmedia . com ??

I found Cabelas.com was the cheapest after the smoke cleared on the Thumler.

Is this the same size pins (diameter/length) as Mark on Sniperhide is selling?
 
I can't remember what size they are
I just told Kevin what I was using them
For and he sent me the right ones's
If you have a local Hobby shop where
You live the should be able to order you
In the tumbler cheaper than Cabelas

I just bought 20 lbs off of llc, they will sell in 5 lb increments.
Price is decent, $30 for a 5 lb bag plus shipping in a 20 lb flat rate box.
If you order 15 or 20 lbs you can spread that cost between a few freinds or just build a really big tumbler :) .
STM charges $50 for 5 lb and $25 to ship 5 lbs.

Yes they are. I got my first 5lb's from Mark,and he is a great guy to deal with and if you have a chance to talk to him he has been in the hobby/industry for 50 + year's.
He's been having problem's with our money order's.His bank nailed him on some really high fee to cash them so he's not too keen on accepting them anymore.
If anyone want's Mark's contact info send me a PM and I'll send it to you.

If you order from pelletllc you WILL pay more for shipping then the pin's themselve's.
I paid $25 for the pin's,$28 for shipping.
 
sinclairintl dot com sells the tumber with 5 lbs of media for $219 and shipping to BC was around $65

It is worth noting though that you will pay the same ammount for shipping if you are buying 5 lbs as for 15 lbs. They ship in a 20 lb flat rate box so for my order of 20 lbs shipping was not more than the pins.

I did have the opportunity to speak with Mark (at length), he certainly is a knowledgable and entertaining person to speak/deal with. That's too bad his bank is giving him the run around on our CDN money orders. I'm just glad there is other ways of getting money to Mark, he's the type of person I want to give my dollars to! Having said that, it's good to hear there are other options with a similar product other then a particularly greasy seller with weasel tactics and bulls**t claims.

I know what you mean.
It's one thing to offer a product,but it's another to claim to be the originator to this system.
