I had one and sold to a buddy who is very happy with it. Since you can have 5 3" shells in a semi (therefore 6 2 3/4" if the mag tube measure at least 16.5") is there an extended +1 or +2 (capped at 1) that is out there for these?

I have been looking at these Hatsans and the new Weatherby AS-459 TR. Any information on them would be very helpfull in my decision.

Brains.. what brand/info is that mag extension?

Its from a Hatsan pump gun.

I thought it was going to be a screw in deal ... lol.

It wasnt difficult however, I just had to re thread the damn thing cause Hatsan does not want peeps like me to put it on a MP-A semi.

Since re-threading is the case here I would just pick an extended tube for a 870 and get it re-threaded.

Contact me if you need your extended 870 tube done.

BTW ..I got it(Hatsan pump tube) used from Ellwoods Epps (they have a used section on line)

Ohh yea dont forget to plug for obvious reasons.. I have actually plugged mine with lead shot and it helps for recoil.
