I'd be willing to pay 200-250 for a decent shape refurb, but an import mark hurts the collectability of any military rifle. with an import mark I'd say 150 -200 would be more in the ball park.
 
Just bring'em in cause once they are here they'll be gone before you know it.

And people thought there was an endless supply of milsurps. Wrong.

What are we going to do when there are no more milsurps to import?

I'm on the list for three, right? If there's any M-38's put me down for three of those as well. As long as they're in M-38 stocks. If you find any M-38's that aren't counter-bored, I will pay accordingly.
 
Those will not get import marks. Shape and quality we will have to fly over there and choose the best looking once. We have to see those and figure out if it worth our time. USA wants those badly but we are Canadian so Canada will get first pick :)
As for shape those are in we will have to see. You have to understand that there is none available from ex-soviet countries right now. Poland sold out, Ukraine sold out etc. People who I deal with want top dollars for those and we are just looking for market price. I can only judge the market by your reply.
I will update on condition of those once I get the price from overseas that they want
