Reloading for a 22-250. Out today sighting in the rifle. About the 5 or 6th shell never went off. I left the gun alone for about a minute before removing the shell. The primer had the same firing pin mark as the rest, held the shell in my hand...then it dawned on me: Likely not the best thing to do. I left the shell in the middle of the field where I was at. The primers I use are the CCI ones. What do you guys do if this was to happen? Just discard the shell? I didn`t think the brightest thing to do was to bring it home with me...

You should have called the bomb squad.
