I just recently have purchased 150 rounds of new 30-06 Winchester brass and wonder if I should anneal it all prior to first reload or just reload it and anneal it after 3-5 reloads? Open to any advice. Thanks.
Last night I ran them all through the case trimmer finding a huge difference between cases and deburred and chamffed all them and re-seized them cleaned them to a shine in tumbler. Was very suprized with the different case lengths for new brass and not very square neck mouths either.

Thanks guys for the info. In my opinion Nosler06 you went to a lot of work for nothing. There will also be inconsistencies in headspace of this bulk brass, so now after you fire it all nice and uniform in your chamber you will find they are all different lengths again. FIRST RULE of new brass, do not trim until fired (unless you love trimming) Just run 'em up into the sizing die just enough to round the case mouths, inside chamfer and fire. NOW do all your appropriate case prep that you want to do, trim, inside and out chamfer, deburr primer pockets and then weigh, if you're going that far.
And yes there are minor inconsistencies in this bulk brass, your not paying for match brass and you have to do a little more of the prep work yourself. But once this is done you still have a damn fine brass for 1/2 the price of nosler or lapua
