Does the SVT have a stripper clip guide? and is ammo still available on stripper clips?

I like that feature on an M-14.

If you are tight for cash, and want to shoot lots, then get the SVT.
If you like to study the technology of various arms, get the AG-42, as it has a unique way of cocking the action.

I will end up buying both, probably the other this fall. I just can't decide right now. I might just buy another mosin nagant and some ammo and hold off until I can buy both at the same time
