Does it have to be 11.5? Questar has some nice 12.5 Noveskes.

ATRS can build you one I'm sure. They do great work from what I hear and I went on a tour of their shop and they're great people. 11.5 is a bit of an oddball size. Most common are 10.5, 14.5, and 16 with some 12.5's floating around. I have seen some 11.5's but there definitely less common. Questar could import you one too.

Just looked ATRS has 11.5 DPMS chrome lined barrels with A2 fron sights installed for $300. You could buy one of those and install it into an upper you already have?

11.5 is the new 10.5

Seriously, I kinda wish my 10.5" had the extra 1" for rail space and such, and the ballistics are quite a bit better for expansion.

12.5" is getting kinda long.
