Why is it if a competitor doesn't like a rule or doesn't understand the rule it immediately becomes a "stupid" rule. Too, why do all rules have to be enforceable? Isn't enough the sport asks competitors to be follow the rules?

The best shooters in IPSC, USPSA and IDPA don't have to cheat to win and the rest of us can't cheat enough to win, so why bother.
