Scale and Powder Dispensers

I had a Pact digital scale and powder dispenser and I had trouble with it. I had to every couple of cartridges re-calibrate the unit and this was even after I sent it in for repair, and the dispenser didn't work when I got it direct from Pact and had to send it in for repair and then when I did get it back I had used it for 300-400 cartridges and it quit working again. Over all I have not had any luck with their products, some have but I didn't.
I got rid of the Pact and purchased a RCBS Chargemaster and it has been great and I would not be without one now.
Pact at one time made the RCBS scales and dispensers but not anymore, if RCBS was having the same trouble as I was I can see why they changed.
If you can get the Pact real cheap it might be okay but I would go with the RCBS Chargemaster even if it is a bit more money because if you do have any trouble with it RCBS stands behind their products and they will make it right with you.

Had one shipped in early Dec. about 1/2 price on anyone here in Canada. Eliminated (3) items on my reloading table - powder dispenser, powder trickler and scale. Now the Chargemaster handles it all, fast and accurate. Can't go wrong on this one. I had a Lyman 1200 scale before and had to constantly re-calibrate which was a pain in the back !!!
