New AR owner, now with pictures.

So I just bought my first AR. Stag 2R with Troy rear sight, muzzle break and one 5 rd mag. She is slightly used at a good price.

So now i need new things again

So lets see.....

.22 cal brush should be fine for .223 right?

For cleaning i got hoppes#9, hoppes gun oil, g96 (i also use it as a cologne ). should be good right?

I need mags, i will get a couple of LAR of course. How about DH 5/30 mags? Usable or crap?

Optics (eventually): Vortex strikefire, i cant really afford an eotech or aimpoint right now. SFRC has low and high mounts. which one do i need??

Am i missing anything besides ammo?

With what you've got and are planning to buy, you're GTG.

As for the mount for your optics, only you can say because it all depends on how your face aligns on the stock.

My SFRC order came in today

5 mags and vortex strikefire, and 10 lar mags got shipped out from questar today

What kind of muzzlebrake is this? Looks like NEA CZ858 heavy brake..

Of course its not as impressive as some other pictures but im excited.... my first gun over $1000.

i got a model 2T stage from arms east a lil while back and couldnt be happier. thier a great lil AR. They are how ever a lil bit a fire cracker though. The muzzle break does nothing in the way of dampening sound but i bet it would look sweet at night time! lol.

Now all i need is a range thats not closed due to repairs and some time off to go shoot it

I booked a week off, but had to postpone it due to range closure and now my boss asked me if i could push it back one more week.... argh... i want to shoot damnit
