It has a Ravage 3-9x40 scope, SVD stock, bi-pod, shell deflector to protect scope, etc..

Sell the stock, mount, and scope separately, and restore the SKS to its former glory. You will get much more selling four pieces than as a kit. I would say $400 separately, $300 as a kit.

I'd pay 75 bucks cash, cuz it will take another 75 bucks in parts to get it back to some sort of original configuration worth 150 as already mentioned.

You guys are cruel. Of course it was kind of funny to be mocked regarding my original estimates... and you're probably right. However, you often make more $$ parting something out.

He can get a few extra dollars for the scope, rings, choate mount, bipod, shell deflector, and reassembled Russian refurb.

Its worth as much as someone is willing to pay. From what I see, you had the gun drilled and tapped for a scope mount rather than replacing floppy dust cover for a just as floppy replacement dust cover that has a rail on it that never holds zero so  for the smart way to mount a scope on an SKS. The stock looks pretty cool to but it’s like they designed the stock as if we never want to fully clean are guns. Someone that understands like me would never use corrosive ammo though that gun and only the Sellior & Bellot hunting rounds the true non-corrosive boxer primed stuff. That way you wouldn't ever really need to worry about cleaning the gas system. Just open the bolt and clean the barrel and bolt face and she’s good to go. Sure it’s expensive to shoot it that way but when you try to build a DMR out of an SKS, using cheap surplus ammo completely defeats the purpose. I have never heard of a Ravage scope but it looks like a knock off of a Leupold with the gold medallion ring on it.

If I was thinking about purchasing this firearm, and I saw some test targets so I know what it can do, I would pay about $300 - $400 for it without the scope mounted. Whenever I buy something like this, I’d rather pick out my own scope. That's why I don't like Combo rifle/scope packages.

To all the people who think it’s wrong to do this to an ultra-super rare only 15 million made SKS rifles need to shut the #### up. It’s easy to reverse what has been done if all the stock parts were kept. Sure, it’s been drilled and tapped but that’s an improvement over the original rifle to have the option to put a scope on it or not. Also, it can be a pain in the ass to get an aftermarket rifle stock to fit the SKS properly. Sometimes needing a gunsmith to get it right so add that to the price of what the SKS normally sells for these days.

How do you load ammo in that gun?

It doesn't look like you have a detachable magazine.

And you can't use strippers with the shell deflector and scope.

Do you just put in rounds one at a time?

Lol no kidding!

I would part it out tho. The choate drilled and tapped is a bonus. The rest is ok.
