I've been looking for spare magazines for my CZ 85 Combat. OEM mags retails between $ 50-65 depending on the dealer. Any idea on how good these MEC-GAR magazines for CZ 75/85? I saw some Norinco Clones that "might" fit but the dealer cannot guarantee 100% compatibility. Any other brand that might be as good as the OEM?

Overseas I used the Mec-Gar Anti-Friction 17 round High Cap Flush and 19 round High Cap Extended. They were really good, way better then the regular CZ mags. I had reliability problems with the CZ mags but never once with the Mec-Gar mags.

X2 and maybe cheaper than CZ or Mec Gar which are good BTW

Mec Gar are highly rated on US review sites. Never had one though.

I will add my voice to the support of Mec-Gar mags. I have never had any for the CZ75, but have used them for a Norc NP-34 and NP-29. They run 100% with no issues and are well made, quality pieces for a decent price.
