Maybe even Spencer would be prepared to appear in court on behalf of BD3008 and BD38 owners. Maybe he owns a BD38 himself !

The BD 38's and the BD 3008's can be rebuilt as non restricted, and there is nothing in law that states newly manufactured guns have to be sent for testing.
Fixed.
If at the end of the day they are classed as prohibited they will only be getting the receiver from mine.

I think you're misplacing your anger a bit.
Regardless of who rocked the boat, full-auto firearms really shouldn't be prohibited to begin with, let alone semi-auto firearms that can conceivably be modified to fire in full-auto.
Hell, one of the firearms I would most enjoy owning is prohibited on three counts!
