Reloading for pistol

I have been reloading for rifle for close to 3 years. I do not own any centerfire handguns thus I am not reloading for handgun.

Out of curiosity, how does the brass resizing work for pistol.? Is it FL or a partial resizing (like neck sizing for rifle).?

Just about all pistol cases are straight wall cases. As such they need to be full length resized each time. Fortunately being straight cases you can use carbide resizing dies and eliminate lube .

/\ Yep, run the shellplate all the way up, then screw the sizer all the way to meet it.

Thank you. That's what I like about neck sizing rifle brass, no lube needed when using Redding die.
