The golden boy is the only .22 that I have ever hit flying clays with, 2 out of about 50 I tried for with my buddies having shotguns. I haven't yet with my 10/22... a flying grouse once, but it took 3 tries and 40 rounds as the flock flew off one by one
Had one and enjoyed it while I had it but my 9422 and CZ452 are both way more accurate. Pretty little gun but mounting a scope looks goofy. The shiny plating is a little scary.

Sacrilage or not, no place for receiver sights or a tang either. The top of my 9422 is ground for mounts. Actually prefer tang sights except on the CZ452. The old Marbles tang on my BSA Martini does cloverleafs at 25m. Single shot lever eh-whoda thunk?
