S&B 5.56 shoots VERY accurately compared to AE. Only drawback I noticed about S&B rounds is that they are dirty. AE is slightly cheaper and can group pretty good if you know what you're doing. I don't know how much dirtier/cleaner AE rounds are compared to S&B.
