ruger redhawk krh-444 4.2, when to arrive??

I've had a 4.2 inch redhawk on order for well over a year now, I've heard lots of reasons for delays.

so has anyone got any idea when they are likely to arrive?
 
IIRC I ordered mine in October 2010 (yes 2010) and I received the every 6wk email that the HG was once again delayed, "but should be arriving in the next 4-6wks" update.
After 14 mths of waiting I found a minty used one (private sale) and promptly cancelled my order. I'm glad I didn't wait for Ruger to deliver.
I hope your wait is almost over....it's an awesome piece!
 
There are alot of dealers out there that are not sponsors of CGN. They often have more stock of specfic items than all the CGN dealers put together.
A friend of mine walked into Italian Sporting Goods in Vancouver and purchased the ruger pistol you are looking for $829.99 plus tax. Give them a try, they still show in stock on their site.
 
Like JohnTO, I waited well over a hear until I found a private sale. Bought it, cancelled ordered and love it. Good luck with the search, but like mentioned, don't hesitate to go outside of CGN dealers
 
It's a good idea to give businesses that support CGN the opportunity to earn your money, but if they haven't got what you want, bear in mind that they don't turn away customers who aren't Gunnutz.
 
I was waiting for one from a dealer in .45 Colt, then a deal I couldn't refuse came up on the EE. When you finally get yours you won't be disappointed! Mine doesn't have the crane fitment issues I've seen here, so some are better than others. Not as tight as my S&W but better than some examples.:cool:

latest from them is the "end of this month" which has been the story every time I've called... if it wasn't for the fact they offer me a discount, and will be shipping it for free as they had to send out other things i ordered separately i would of cancelled it..

I got the same story...got old. Sometimes its worth to pay a little more and enjoy now then save a bit to have later....well you know what I mean;)
