Try Questar, they import Noveske complete rifles.

They don't have anything Noveske on their website right now tho... don't know why, they had barrels listed and uppers.

I'm curious as to why as well. Also are you able to get a hold of the chrome lined phosphate barrels or just the stainless ones?

When permits are 'used up' or expire we take stuff off the website (no point in taking orders for things unless we know we can delivery them ... and unfortunately we never know for sure if State Department will issue a new permit or if new restrictions will apply to the next permit).

If you're looking for Noveske items then you should email Scott as he will know the status of the current permit application and can give you specific answers on availability, pricing, etc..
