Is a pistol XCR-M in the works?

The MC51s from H&K come to mind.

And even cooler, the belt-fed Vollmer MC51B. I think it's the shortest belt-fed .308.

A 300 Blackout pistol, just like a .308 pistol, would be a huge waste of money.

But 10 round mags for the XCR-M rifle would probably more than make up for that huge waste.

223 Rem and 308 Win have identical expansion ratio so if a 223 Rem pistol works then a 308 Win pistol also work but the muzzle blast might be "impressive" to say the least.

Handgun shooters have been shooting 243 Win, 7mm-08 Rem and 308 Win for decades.
This XP100 seems to be a 7mm BR Rem.

What makes you think the same people who by ridiculous XCR pistols in 223 won't pony up the chance to make a mistake in 30 cal?
