Very broad sweeping statement...does this apply All vendors of all products across all of Canada? This is not how I feel, normally when you hear people say things like this,it is because they are rarely willing to pay for quality, service or craftsmanship. I have no problem ponying up for top notch service, nor do My clients.....

You took offence to a general statement. I'm not talking about the exceptions but rather the masses! Take the big box store as an example. Get my drift? Still offended?

It's like a forum of girls in here sometime :p, gotta watch out for the sensitive side :D.
 
I Never was offended, not sure why you thought I was. I don't shop at box stores so I cannot comment on their service or lack there of.

Still don't see it. Just illustrating that most internet blowhards that ##### and moan about poor service are usually the ones that spend the least and demand the most. (read nightmare clients for any business).

Not anymore, unfortunately)" more like you are jaded at the lack of customer service YOU personally receive......see above, otherwise your statement has absolutely no foundation, and there is no point in you even chiming in.

I feel I can weigh in and start a thread like this having spent 10's of thousands of dollars at SFRC, I'm not basing my words on one or a handful of experiences, rather many...was that an easy breakdown for you? (did that sound offensive....)

This is also not the first thread I have started voicing my support and talking of my great experiences with Ryan and Marcie.

Likely won't be the last.

SFRC and staff rock in my books, nothing but great service ,always a joy to talk with. The biggest plus is Ryan always seem to pass on the savings to his customers, keep the deals comming. Do not give the rotten apples another thought.
 
I have said before I won't post pictures/video from my cameras. As well there are 6 people in the video at various times including my UPS driver. Him saying it is ok has nothing to do it. Why is this thread going on anyway?

I read all the threads involved, and this could have all been avoided had the original poster POLITELY called/PMed/emailed Ryan directly and brought up his concerns.

I've dealt with Ryan & staff at SFRC with a few online transactions, and even more emails. Prompt, to the point, and high star customer service all around.

Don't take it personally Ryan- keep up the excellent work.

Joking aside, some of the funniest videos are taken when people are oblivious to the recording.

I'll chime in here... I ordered a couple of things from Ryan, the customer service was as good as anywhere else I have dealt with, and better than most.

When I did have a problem it was resolved with a single phone call with no grief or hassle.

I asked him about something off the top of my head... Blade Tech holster for a Steyr M9A1, something I have been looking for in Canada, that I have posted in the dealer forums, PM'd other vendors... nobody has one or can get one. Ryan's response: "I have one right here, would you like me to put it on hold for you?"

Considering what I have read here and my dealings with Ryan I would imagine the few people who have had issues have most likely contributed towards their own issues as it seems normal people who don't expect everything on a silver platter can work through issues and be happy.

I am a happy customer and although I don't have the budget I used to, Ryan will continue to get my business.
 
i read a year+ old thread on hatsan mpa, phoned and talked to Ryan about it, even tho he didnt stock them at the time, he had me one coming within a week, at a lowerprice than my local dealer who kept me waiting 8months, and still couldnt deliver!
i sent several other cng'ers his way, now he lists the mpa on his website!
gonna shoot it today!
are things perfect? no. i wonder if they are growing too fast, the website and stocking on some items is kinda spotty...i know supply is cyclical
i am sure these are just growing pains, the rapid growth a result of good cust. service and a competivly priced product line
 
As far as SFRC is concerned, they seem to be a 'top tier' supplier. They're on my short list for when I buy my P226.

I almost don't care what the scenario is, its never good when a businessperson gets on a public forum and calls a customer a douchebag.

My family members own a business dealing with the public and I know there are douchebags out there. You have enough people come through your store, the bottom 0.001% will eventually get there too. Even still, it was unprofessional.

If anybody else would have done that, they would have been slapped with an infraction.

Thanks guys/gals but I'm going to lock this. We do appreciate your kind comments and corrective criticism. Sometime we don't realize things until you bring them to our attention.

Now everyone go back to shooting and have fun. I'm going to take my wife out to dinner so she can relax abit after yesterday.
