Changing the Bolt Knob on a Remington 700

Hello all.
Does anyone know of where in Edmonton area an person can have his bolt knob modified / replaced.
Ive seen a few pics of Bill's Bolt Knobs.. They are threaded.
Id like to have mine modified / threaded so I can install something like that.

I just got my Bill's Knob Bolt I stalled will post pics on my thread " Boomslang" along with scope installed
