My cat is a genius; however, she has very expensive tastes with handguns.

She bought a Norinco NZ85 and after a lot of serious customizing it now looks like this:

Enjoy.

Nice job!
How does your cat carry this? My Manx has a shoulder holster for a Rem 870, but finds her ears get smacked by the mag extension. I say just leave it as a 5+1, but you know cats, can't tell them anything.

Hate to burst your bubble, but for the price of that Norinco and all the customizing and "refining", you could have bought a good handgun instead. Well, aslong as you and the cat are happy with it.

It is superb handgun, but like they say what does a pig know about bagels?

Whats that supposed to mean? If you like the gun you bought, thats great, I hope you enjoy it. However, its still a Norinco. For what youve spent on the gun and "customization", you probably could have bought a much better gun, IMO.

My cat has a number of very high quality handguns. ( A Swiss Luger, a SIG P210, Finnish Lahti, a model 27-2 and so on.)

And the sad unhappy truth is that the average nasenbohrer, has absolutely no clue about what constitutes a quality handgun.

But I will explain it simply-so simply that even you will be able to understand.

The Norinco is made of forged steel. Not investment castings and it does not have any cheap metal injected molded parts. It now has a 3 pound single action trigger pull and a 7 pound double action pull. It will put all the rounds into one large hole at 15 yards. It is a wonderful pistol.
