Does anyone know where you can find one of these in Canada????

Listed on the Savage site but almost impossible to find.

I am just going to bump this thread Vs start a new one asking te same thing. I am also loking to purchase this exact gun and need to find a dealer that has one. I can find the 1:9 but no luck with finding a 1:7 any leads are appreciated.

I'm glad it found a good home. Did you get the chamber cleaned up? I still chuckle that I was probably the only guy in Canada with one I was considering selling and I was the first guy to read your post.
 
Ok, I just had to post this!!! Here is one of the groups at 100 yards first time out with the 1/7 LRPV I got from Redshooter. This happened to be the best load so far but I still have to do some work. When I fired the second shot I though I had a serious problem because I could not even see the second hole with the Sightron set at 50x then things opened up just a little. There was just a little side wind also. As usual, use load info at your own risk.

There is one only, factory stock at the Savage in Lakefield, Ontario.

If you have a prefered local retail store, they could order it from their Savage distributor. I figure 2 weeks to get it in your hands.
