I checked with one of the other match directors and the CFO are aware of the match, but he will double check Monday to make sure all we need to do is in place.
The directions to the range and the match hotel are now up on the website.

there is no requirement to register the match with the CFO! however a lot of the time as a courtesy the match information is given to the CFO so that when people phone in for their STATT and don't have the pertinent information like match dates, range location the CFO will have it on hand.
 
Out of curiosity, would you guys send confirmation email or will have names of those who payed posted on your website?

I email all those who include their email address on their registration and add their email to my list for any changes or updates. I update the competitor list almost daily, there is a link on the website under Match Info.

Just as a FYI, 70 registered competitors so far, and was informed that 59 of the 125 rooms we blocked at the match hotel have already beed booked.
 
I have called in my att request to the ontario cfo and sent them a copy of the letter of invite, should make life easier for the rest of the folks apply for an att.
 
As an added incentive for early registration, everyone that registers before April 30th for the Nationals will be entered in a draw for a complete CR Speed shooting rig. (Belt, Holster, 4 Mag Pouches). Banner should be up on the website soon.
 
We are now accepting applications for CRO's for the Nationals. Match fee reimbursed and supplied hotel room as an incentive, must shoot the prematch, applications are available on the Nationals site. On a side note as of today 108 registered, and 72 of the 125 rooms at the match hotel that we blocked are taken.
