iSnipe v2.0 - Shameless Plug

I don't really think this is fair that you can do this on here for free, while the sponsors pay a premium, but it is a good program. Now if I wasn't too uptight to take my Ipod shooting...

I am tickled pink to discover that this app is done by a fellow Canadian. Bought it when I got an iPhone last fall, and what with a job change and move hadn't had the time to start poking at it until a couple of weeks ago. What I discovered made me pop the Bushnell 3200 10X mildot scope off one of my M-14s and stick it on my Savage MkII to make what I'm calling a "chibisniper" rifle; what with a 200-yard laser rangefinder my wife gave me for my birthday a few years back, I intend to have stupid amounts of fun teaching myself how to do the mildot thing this spring...

Thanks, bcode!

It's a good app for sure. Now we just need a native app for the PlayBook.;):D

Isnipe was certainly worth the $ 8.99 price ! What a great app, and I'm glad to know that bcode (the author) is a CGNutter! :)

Woohooo!

Cheers,
Barney

Wow I'm late seeing this post. I also didn't know it was a nut that made it. I will buy it today just for that reason. I have been using a free one lately but I have been looking for a better one.

I' ve been using this app extensively since it came out. It is (excuse the pun) BANG ON. I have used it in some crazy situations: nasty wind, weird bullets and long range. It's worked well on all occasions. I'd recommend this whole heartedly. The more you use it the easier it gets and the more hooked on it you get !!!

Regards,

... any chance of an android version?

Actually in the works... Shouldn't be too much longer until we're finished. I'll be sure to post something about it here when it's ready =)

Thanks for all the support and kind words guys, it's great to hear that it's appreciated and being put to good use.

Glad to hear it :D

also you need to find a way to "true it up"

ill second this one! for the most part its been damn close for me, but onces i started to get further and further off the more the differance between predicted flight and true fligh would show up, and i found my self playing with velocitys to get it back on track, but then it would throw off my "closer" shots

being said, i still think its a great app and my #1 goto each and every time
