Rugers are not much to look at but they are more durable and reliable than that damned pink Energizer bunny.
.
Are they as reliable as a pink beaver ?

So is a one legged hooker, but who really wants one ! LOLDon't rule out the Norinco M-93, it is excellent value for the money.

just like cheap chinese makeup that's full of lead LOLYou may laugh about the quality of a Norinco,
Deep, rich bluing, that Colt themselves would envy![]()
Spend more, get one of the best 22's on the market, the Sig 226 in 22, then you can get a kit for a 9/40/357sig... Have less clutter in your safe.
I hated the Ruger 22, it's grip is tiny, for those with large hands. Felt awkward shooting it.
I will put my buckmark up against any sig. IMO there are only 3 .22 semiauto pistols browning, ruger, beretta. Not in any order. The rest look nice but are not nearly reliable or accurate.

My Buckmark Contour URX has never failed me. It's accurate and extremely reliable, better than any Timex I've ever owned![]()
