Glock combo deal

Is there really much of a difference between a gen 3 and gen 4 other than the interchangeble backstrap, the double return spring and the texture of the pistol grip?
 
Any chance of getting some more Glock 17/34 mags in the near future? Also would be interested in some Glock 21/30 mags, would you be able to get these in?
