I called hub today. I guess i needed a reminder why not to shop there. 1000$ for a ruger mini 14 ranch. WOW. Don't these normally go for 800- 850$ give or take. I asked him if there was any room to move on the price as I have seen them alot cheaper. He said no there hard to find so some one will pay for it. I miss Roger

no doubt. i still go in there to shoot the #### now and then cause the staff are actually really nice guys but will never buy a rifle from them. i was in there handling the mini 14 last week until i looked at the tag. good old hub sports, add a minimum $100 to the going price.

I popped in to Cabela's here on Sunday, noticed several Mini-14s on the rack. A blued one with wooden stock was for $899.99 - that's the Ranch Rifle, isn't it?

I bought one at P&D Enterprises last saturday. Eight something all together. They had a handfull of others at the time, not sure now. Worth checking anyways.
