So I'm using a Redding primer pocket uniformer with the drill attachment after sizing my brass and the stupid case catches a little. As a result my hand slips. Now the rim of that particular piece of brass is like a razor from chamfering the end of it a bit too much and the stupid thing goes into the palm of my hand and now I have a .311 size hole straight through the callous and into the fat layer of my hand. f**king mess it made ripping things up in the fat layer due to wobble when my hand hit it, but luckily the flap is still attached a bit so I'm hoping it will re-attach back to my hand and not fall off leaving a big hole.
So take this as a reminder to be careful on the most mundane of tasks.(All I'm personally taking away from this is to chamfer less...
)

P.S. I would have attached some pics but I taped my hand back together already...
