What I do care about, is a company that owns up to mistakes, makes them right and leaves the customer happy no matter what the cost to them.

Enough with the bullsh*t already.

Agreed; they're doing themselves no favors by playing the victim card and refusing to own-up.
 
I could care less what practises are being followed on the forum, mods being " fired" blah blah. People are way too focused on the drama on this forum, which recently has seemed to escalate which is disappointing to say the least.

No ####. I am LOLing over all the guys saving posts with date and time stamps as though they are collecting forensic evidence for a court case.

This is CGN. There will be drama and people who don't like each other. None of it means anything in the larger scope of life.

No, but it may influence a purchase decision. If NEA is in fact trying to bolster their reputation by posting as an unbiased third party, it makes me curious as to why they would feel that response was necessary. If there is legitimate concerns that aren't being dealt with adequately, it would influence my decision. I would hate to buy a product from them based on false claims and dismissal of quality issues from a representative of the company posing as a happy customer and end up with a subpar product.

That being said, I haven't read too many negative reviews of NEA, their customer service, or their product (if any).

Should you even be commenting? While I realize this is your personal account you're hardly objective since you've licensed products to NEA.

This is a joke, and the guys working for NEA or that are somehow affiliated with NEA, you sticking up for NEA is not making things any better.

NEA used an account to schill there products and pose as a happy customer. Thats the problem here, NOTHING ELSE!

It's disgraceful, unethical and slimy.


The owner of this board needs to reconsider how he runs this place, period.
 
Wow. I'm late to the party and just got to the end of the OT thread when it was nuked, but I've seen enough to keep my cash in my pocket from *every* sponsoring dealer until we hear who has been shilling (both for and against).

Needless to say there will be no NEA in my future unless full disclosure is given by the company about this, and then they might get another chance to earn my business.

You really need to read the OT forum thread on this before commenting.

To sum up the allegations made by USP:

- NEA is using multiple user names and posting to bolster support for their products. This in itself is grounds for being banned according to the rules.

- GT knew about this and decided to reinstate the multiple accounts, instead firing USP, in an attempt to cover it all up.

In the OT forum NEA went on to allege that all or most board sponsors have multiple accounts and use them to either support their business or trash others, and again it is being suggested that this is common practice here on CGN.
 
Which is why I hope everyone can have all the knowledge out there before it disappears for good.

Someone please post what is going on in an area of the forums many don't have access to - it could affect quite a few choices as to where people spend their hard earned money.

Excatly my point. Internet rumors or some clowns making accounts to upsell or downtalk the company DO NOT AFFECT MY DECISION. What affects my decision is how the company reacts to complaints and quality control issues. Im pretty sure NEA has said "if you dont want to buy our products, then don't buy them"

If considered everything on the internet was true, then I'd be a gazillionare from some prince in africa, I'd have 100+ iphones and a free trip to australia... oh ya, and a 14" dong while I'm at it.

To the sheep that cancel their orders, THANK YOU!! As now my order will be bumped in the line !!
