I have a ar15 that i have 1.5 - 5 Falcon scope. I have a FF rail that i have option of using a bipod.

Do you guys zero using bags or bipod?

I have both.

Will i notice zero changes going from offhand to bipod? prone with mag to bipod?

If you are going to shoot it off the bipod, zero it that way. Similarly, if you will be shooting off the magazine, zero it off the mag.
I zero off the magazine, and have not noticed any problems with position shooting.
Zero changes at different ranges is important. You need to be aware of these zeros.

I plan to shoot it off hand most of the time for 3 gun and such. I doubt i will use the bipod allot. Should i just sight it in with bag rests?

If your barrel is free floating, my understanding is that nothing should shift. I thought that was the point of a FF rail.

for three gun zero on bags or pod at 50 meters this will get you A zone hits from muzzle to 200 meters
