I'm planning on sending my Mossberg 590A1 out to Tac Ord for Remington 870 choke threading. Where is the best (cheapest) place to buy 870 chokes? I plan to use it for 3 gun only and which chokes will I need?
Thanks for the help

Casey from tacord has some chokes in stock. Though I prefer the ones that are sticking out and he has to order them from US anyways, so I am about to order chokes from Brownels ($33 a piece).

Since there are 9 chokes (according to wiki), which are the basic ones i'll need?

I've been usin IM for several years without having to change...

I don't think it's a matter of "I need chokes"..

It's just that cyl. bore isn't gonna help you any...

I've been told a different theory. Light modified for the most, improved modified for tight shots and cylinder for close targets and slugs.

Trouble is.... The bastards won't stop the clock while I swap out chokes.

'Shot stages with slug shots at 100 yards then clays at anything from 5-??? Yards...
Hell.... Even did a house clearing stage at FB3G with slugs at nothing more than a few yards each...
