Looking for a price check please. I have ~1000 pieces of .223 brass, it's dirty with approx 400 once fired, the rest multi fired >5x. Any idea? How much if I fl size and tumble?

Go to WSS or any site sponsor and see what 100 virgin rounds would cost new.
No need to factor shipping and subtract at least 50% for your trouble since you have to sort, resize and clean up the brass to your specs.
There are plenty of options for .223 brass of course others will have a different idea about hwta it is worth, but you asked for opinions and that was mine.

Honestly, I woildnt even consider buying 5x fired brass, even if it was tumbled, sized, primed, and had little happy faces drawn on each case in sharpy. For 1x, just look at the going rate on the EE. There is often .223 for sale.

Happy faces...HA. Wasn't expecting that first thing in the morning. Agreed though, I wouldn't pay for 5x fired brass.
