Canadian National F Class Championships Aug 16 to 18 Connaught Ottawa

I have a feeling we could pull off 2-3 in the right vehicle. Another thing to think about- a 4'x8' uhaul is $135 picked up in Ottawa on Aug 8, and dropped off on the 17th. That way four people could be comfortable in a vehicle, and all the gear would happily follow along behind...

I have a Toyota Sequoia who can fit 7 but 4 confortable including the driver and i can borrow a closed trailer so all our gear would fit.

This would be the best solution...just slip the gas!!!

Not sure if that trailer will be big enough after a stroll down Commercial Row:nest:

I sought and received clarification from the DCRA regarding their membership requirements for competitors attending this event.

The $350 match fee does not include DCRA membership. DCRA membership is required in order to shoot the match. It is also DCRA practice to require that shooters from provinces which require conjoint PRA/DCRA membership, also be members of their PRA. (This applies to Manitoba, Ontario and I'm not sure where else)

A DCRA Associate ($55) membership will be needed in order to fire the match. If you already have a limited associate membership you can upgrade. If you already have a full or associate membership you are covered for the match.

You can purchase your membership at the same time you register or you can join now for the year. Membership applications are available upon request form the DCRA.Visit w ww.dcra.ca for more information.

In BC we are required to have a con-joint BCRA/DCRA membership. Are you sure that an Associate DCRA membership is sufficient to shoot the CFNC?

Yes. You only require the associate to shoot the F class nationals. If you are going to shoot the entire CFRC as well you will require the full membership.

My guilty admission is that in five years of being a mpra member I have yet to correctly deduce what combination of memberships and insurance and payment I'm supposed to make on the first pass. Yep.
