From what I understand the tan frames were discontinued, and they only made them for the Gen 3's

Though if Glock made a Gen 4 Tan frame I would be interested.

Apparently they do make a gen 4 FDE frame

I made the calls to the East Coast Glock distributor and to Police Ordnance, they won't be sending any up north. I'm sourcing one via Gunbroker and using Prophet River for the importation. Govern yourself accordingly. Cheers
