Did I get a good deal?

Today I bought my first 303, a 1948 No 4 Mk1 (F). I has been rebarrelled. It doesn't have the full length stock that I have seen on other rifles, but it does have a metal butt plate. It has "ladder sights" (peep sight with another stand up peep sight that has elevation adjustments, hopefully I called it the right name). I bought it this morning and I was wondering what you guys would have payed for it? I will post pictures later this afternoon hopefully.

a rifle as you describe is around $150+, depending on condition.
